As Tampa and Fort Lauderdale are getting geared up to Rock for Hunger, we have another exciting week coming up full of great events. If you are in the Tampa or Ft. MONDAY – Food Sharing Preparation in Orlando, FL
Join us behind the scenes of the Monday night food sharing. We need your help to cook. Don’t know how to cook? Leave it up to Chef Tee. She will show you how. We also need people to pick-up food for us. For more info please e-mail us at: volunteer@rockforhunger.org.

MONDAY – Food Sharing in Orlando, FL
Help us serve meals to the homeless in Downtown Orlando from 6:45pm to 8pm. We meet on the corner of Magnolia and Washington in Downtown Orlando. If you need directions or any details, you can e-mail us at: cgoyzueta@rockforhunger.org.

WE NEED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, HELP! freezer, refrigerator, cutting boards, large knives, large pots/ pans/ baking trays, hotel pans, long metal spoons, 3-gallon (Gatorade) water cooler, milk crates, canned goods

TUESDAY – Hug & Encourage Someone!

THURSDAY – Food pick-up in Oviedo

FRIDAY – Tutors & Meals
Tutors & Meals is back in action!!! Come meet us for Tutors & Meals from 3:30pm to 5pm and help with tutoring kids in math and reading. E-mail us at volunteer@rockforhunger.org for details.
