This weekend we are going into our Monthly Rock for Hunger Board of Directors meeting at a top secret location. We are going to be discussing current and future events in Rock for Hunger, and how we can continue to support our mission to END POVERTY!
This post is about you! Volunteers, Supporters, Board Members, Friends, Family, Bands, and everyone else out there. For those of you that have been involved with Rock for Hunger, you know we provide meals, and clothing for the homeless. Also, we help the homeless with job training, and finding housing. Lastly, we have an after school program on Friday’s to help kids in low income neighborhoods succeed through school, and end their generational poverty. You have been to our shows, or heard about them, and know we do a lot with the local music scene. Now it is your turn to let us hear your voice! You have until Friday to let us know where you would like to see Rock for Hunger go in the future, and what you would like to see. We’ll bring up all the comments at our next Board Meeting. We look forward to your continued support, and spreading Rock for Hunger as far as we can, and help people locally, and globally with Music and Peace!
